Key Requirements
✅ MBBS with MD/DNB/DA in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology
✅ M/DrNB/FNB/IDCCM certification preferred
✅ Strong expertise in Critical Care & Emergency Medicine
✅ Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation, Intubation, and Central Line Placement
✅ Exposure to Tele-ICU, Smart ICU Tools, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
